Financing

0% financing on approved credit

Money should not be the reason you live with a shower that is rotting the wall behind it. If spreading the cost is what makes the work happen this year instead of the year after next, the option is here — quietly, at zero percent, on approved credit.

The offer

Zero percent, for the promotional term

One plan, stated plainly, with the conditions attached to it rather than hidden underneath it.

Promotional plan

0% APR

on approved credit — ask us for the current term

No interest at all for the promotional period, on approved credit. The most useful option when you can clear the balance inside the term and simply want to spread the cost.

Financing is a tool. Like every tool, it is excellent for a few jobs and a bad idea for the rest.

Used well, it moves necessary work forward before the problem compounds — and in construction, problems compound expensively. A shower leaking into framing costs a few thousand dollars to fix this month and considerably more the year after. Deferring that repair to save money frequently does not.

Used badly, it is how somebody ends up with a scope they did not need and a payment they resent. We would rather you avoided that, even though the second version pays us more.

Worth financing

  • A failing shower or roof that gets more expensive every month you wait
  • A commercial build-out where opening sooner earns more than the finance cost
  • A rental turn where a week of vacancy costs more than the money does
  • Work you were going to do anyway, spread across the promotional term

Not worth financing

  • Buying a bigger scope than the one you actually needed
  • A monthly payment that only fits if nothing else goes wrong this year
  • Anything you would decline outright at the full cash price

How it works

Four steps, and the estimate comes first

Deciding whether the work is worth doing and deciding how to pay for it are two separate questions. We keep them in that order on purpose.
  1. 01

    Get the estimate first

Written, line-item, total at the bottom. Decide whether the work is worth doing before you think about how to pay for it — those are two separate questions and mixing them is how people overbuy.

  2. 02

    Apply directly with the lender

A short application, handled between you and the lender. We never see your credit file, your income or your score, and we are not told why an application was declined.

  3. 03

A decision, usually the same day

You are told the amount, the rate and the term. Read the agreement. If the terms are not good, say no — approval obligates you to nothing here.

  4. 04

We build, you pay the lender

Our schedule and our milestones do not change because a project is financed. Payments go to the lender on the terms you signed, not to us.

What we commit to

Four promises about how we use this

The lender sets the rate. These are the parts that are ours to keep.
The price is the price
Your estimate is the same number whether you pay by check or finance it. We do not publish one price and quietly carry a financing cost inside another.
We will not bring it up twice
Financing is mentioned once, on this page and in your estimate if you ask. Nobody from this company will call you about a monthly payment. If you want it, say so.
We never quote in monthly payments
A monthly figure is how a small job is made to sound cheap and a bad one is made to sound survivable. Every estimate we issue is a total, line by line. What you do about paying it is your business.
Applying is not committing
You can be approved and still walk away. Approval is not a signature on a construction agreement, and we will not treat it as one.

Questions

The ones worth asking before you sign anything

Including the two that most financing pages leave out.
  • It is real, and it is not built into the price. Your estimate is the same number whether you pay by check or finance it. You can test that in about ten seconds — ask us for the cash price and the financed price and compare them. They will match.

Important information about this offer

Financing is provided by a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval. Not all applicants will qualify, and the rate, term and amount you are offered are determined by the lender, not by Bleuwave Construction. Promotional rates apply for a limited term; any balance remaining at the end of the promotional period may accrue interest at the standard rate stated in your credit agreement. Read your agreement in full before signing. Bleuwave Construction is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Bleuwave Construction Services LLC is a licensed contractor, not a lender or a broker, and makes no credit decisions. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit or a commitment to lend. For the full terms that apply to you, read the credit agreement provided by the lender.
