One crew.Start to finish.
We build commercial and residential projects under $100,000 across the Valley — and we do not hand your job to strangers. No subcontractors on core scopes. The people who quote the work are the people who show up, and they are still there at punch-out.

Why we are different
We do not hand your job
to strangers
How we run every project
One crew is assigned to your project and performs every core scope. There is no chain of other companies, so there are no gaps between them to mismanage.
Scheduling is assignment, not negotiation
When our crew finishes drywall they start trim, because that is what is next on the job they are assigned to.
Nothing is handed off
The person who framed the wall runs the wire. The blocking goes in because the man holding the nail gun heard the conversation.
The waiting is deleted
We are not faster because we hurry. We are faster because the gaps between companies do not exist to be waited on.
Accountability has one name
One company waterproofed, valved and tiled that shower. There is nobody left to point at, which is exactly the point.
What we build
Eleven services, one crew, no handoffs
Commercial
4 servicesBuild-outs, improvements and ongoing support for buildings that have to keep operating while we work in them.
Residential
4 servicesAdditions, conversions and remodels for houses with people, pets and school schedules still inside them.
Maintenance & Finishes
3 servicesThe recurring work that protects an asset — turns, repairs, coatings and the repairs other trades left behind.
Who we serve
Five audiences with five definitions of a good contractor
Landlords
Every day a unit sits empty costs you the day’s rent and returns nothing.
Not sure which you are?
Then you are a person with a building that needs something.
That is enough to start a conversation. Tell us what is wrong and we will tell you what fixing it costs.
Our process
Six steps, no mysteries
- 01
The walk-through
40 minutes, no chargeWe come to the property, look at the actual conditions, and listen to what is bothering you rather than what you think you are supposed to ask for.
- 02
The written estimate
1–5 business daysA line-item document. Labor, materials, permits, and a named allowance for anything that genuinely cannot be known until a wall is open.
- 03
Selections and permits
1–6 weeksThe unglamorous phase that determines whether the project runs on schedule. We finalize every selection before demolition and file the permit while you decide.
- 04
Construction
The dates in your agreementContainment goes up on day one. The same crew arrives daily. You get a written progress note and photographs, and you always know what happens tomorrow.
- 05
Inspection and punch list
3–10 daysWe meet the inspector, handle corrections, then walk the project with you and write down every item — including the small ones you feel awkward mentioning.
- 06
Closeout and warranty
OngoingOne folder with permits, approvals, warranties and as-built notes. Leftover paint labeled by room. And a phone number that still reaches the people who did the work.
What you get either way
The boring commitments that actually matter
- Veteran owned and operated
- Run by people who learned to work to a standard and finish what they started before they ever picked up a nail gun. It shows up in the mundane places — showing up on time, and closing the last four items.
- Licensed, bonded, insured
- Certificates sent before you sign, not after you ask. Verify us with the Registrar of Contractors — and verify everyone else too.
- Written line-item estimates
- Every line is something you can question and we can defend. Allowances state what they buy, at what price, from where.
- Schedules that hold
- Because we are not waiting on four other companies to confirm availability, the sequence we hand you is the sequence you get.
- One accountable name
- The same lead from the estimate through the warranty call eight months later. There is never anyone new to explain your property to.

Questions
Including the awkward ones
It means our own crew performs the core scopes on your project — demolition, framing, drywall, tile, carpentry, flooring, paint, finish work, and the routine plumbing and electrical that goes with them. We are not a coordinator hiring other companies and adding a margin. The people who walk your property during the estimate are the people on site during the work, and they are still there at punch-out.
Next step
Two questions every owner asks. We answer both in writing.
What will it cost, and when will you be done? Send us the scope and you will have a line-item estimate and an honest schedule — including the parts we do not control.
- Veteran owned and operated
- Written line-item estimate

No pressure, no financing pitch, no three-hour presentation.
A walk-through takes about forty minutes. You get honest opinions, including which upgrades we think are not worth your money.
